Michael Lia came to my home after I called AAA Service by mistake for a leaking water heater. Michael realized from my warranty papers that my water heater was under warranty with Done Services and not AAA Service. However he took time to explain several things to me about the water heater, possible upgrades I may be facing, etc. He knew it was best for me to use my warranty and save money but he still went the extra mile to answer my questions.
