I am a huge NHL fan and like to watch the games while the Hurricanes are playing out of town. Most sports bars tend to lean toward basketball and football so you can be hard pressed to find a bar to hang out in and watch the game, esspecially with other fans. For away gaamees here is always one location of the alwe house that is specifically the "Hurricanes"... and you can go watch the game with other fans. Very exciting. It varies from ale house to ale house so sometimes its in North raleigh...sometimes in Cary. They have decent food and beer, and plenty of space to watch the game.
