As always, I was impressed with Jamie's competence, courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. He takes the time to explain the functions he performs and does not seem to be rushed -- that is a confidence builder that he is not hurrying so that he can get another call.
We are willing to wait for an available appointment until Jamie is available.
