I had the misfortune of my brand new construction home flooding 3 months after we moved in. As you can imagine this was devastating. I called MicroTech and within HOURS they were at my home. I was beyond impressed with the level of attention and customer service I received from everyone on staff. No question was left unanswered and the time that the crew took while explaining the process etc. made me feel like I was the only client. Brian and his team anytime we met didn’t answer their phone. I received their undivided attention. It went along way. Everyone at MicroTech made sure that I understood every step of the process. No call was left unreturned and I always received a response in a timely fashion. I hope that I never have to use them again, but in the event I do they will be my first call.
