I bought 400 square foot of syn lawn in May of 2010. I had them out 4 times due to poor service - did not cap my springer system. I called them again last week for the same issue - springer heads on the west side of my property this time. Will be out next week, have not heard from them. Everyone who see the lawn comments on the 2 seams which detracts from the overall look.
