I bought the system from and ADT salesman about 3 years ago for a second business location. I also obtained new equipment from ADT. My business is not doing good at the moment and I wanted to cut my ADT service but to my surprise I found out that my original contract had automatically been renewed and that If I wanted to cancel I would need to pay the remaining 75% of the contract. I know I should have read the contract but the letters are so small that I trusted the salesman at the time. Be careful with this company and READ THE CONTRACT before you sign anything, because canceling a contract with them is a big pain. more
