My husband and I were referred to this store by my colleague. We have gone there now about 3 times because we really like the brands they carry. HOWEVER, we have never been greeted by sales people who seem to be extremely ignorant towards the customers and show no interest in them or their needs. It has been very difficult to get anyone to help us and answer any questions except when we were there on 8/12/06 - they had manufacturer's reps there for products such as Avent, Per Perego, etc.and they showed a lot of interest in the customers (very personable people). First time we visited the store we thought the poor customer service was because the store was pretty full and few sales people, but since then we have been there about 2 more times and it has not changed. Yes, people are knowledgeable, but it has been a struggle to get anyone to help us. The bottom line is that the store must get enough repeated business from customers that it does not matter to them how they treat new ones. Not a good way to run a business! I would definitely NOT recommend this store to a friend.
