Mr. Gulbranson was very prompt, arriving at the scheduled time. He was thorough when diagnosing the problems with my washer, patient and courteous when explaining the problems to me, took the time to make sure the machine was completely fixed before charging me for the service, and was very honest and fair with pricing. He will definitely be the first person I call the next time I need an appliance repaired.
