From Sprint to Cablevision, my customer service experience has always been terrible, long and pointless. But All City Appliance nother story. They actually promptly responded to my call and sent out a guy in the same day. Unlike with cable vision, I wasn't give an open-ended window from 11am until 7pm , I was given a two hour window from 10am until 12pm. And he showed up at 10:20. He got straight into the job. He was in and out in 45 minutes. This service is simply the best.
