I needed my AC to be reinstalled and I called in to make an appointment on tuesday. Then I had to call back to let them know that I couldn't be home for that appointment so they went out of their way to set an appointment for me on sunday like I asked for. Their guy showed up on my door step on time and happy to work. He only took an hour installing my AC. I was satisfied with my service.
