I called Lawns Ltd. about a month ago and the secretary told me that someone would call me back in ONE MONTH. I thought, well ok, I suppose I can wait. (Even though I thought this was RIDICULOUS!!!)
I marked my calendar, and it has now been OVER one month. I called back and asked if anyone ever planned to call me back. The secretary told me she would resubmit my name, and I would hear from someone in about a month from that date. (So, now we are going on two months just to get a telephone call). They are obviously TOO busy to even bother giving me a call. Therefore, they are not very interested in preserving a reputation of professionalism or customer service.
So, if you are looking for someone who doesn't really care about your business, and who takes several months to even give you a phone call, then go right on ahead and use Lawns Ltd. I personally am going to find another landscaping service, someone who values me as a customer.
