Claire’s caters to the pre-teen and teen girls who want costume jewelry to wear. The quality is so-so, and they don’t seem to be extremely cheap considering what they carry. I would say it is a good place to shop if you want some stuff that you wouldn’t mind having damaged or lost because it’s really inexpensive. It’s good for dress-up time, too.
