To replace a vandalized MP3 player, they would send a broken one, this, too late for departure for a trip. Then they say they will send a check, which never arrived. When contacted, lies that I agreed to their terms that they would only send the the check if I remove the online review (see yelp). Lies after lies. I think they just want to ridicule you. Incidentally, I'm a female with a foreign accent. Go figure. I'm supposed to be just smiling - satisfied with their incompetent, dishonest business. If I were you, I would avoid this place like a plague.
