Where do I start? Sloppy records. They did not record my dog's vaccinations because the computer was down that day and then said next time we were in that she was overdue for the vaccinations. No problem if the computer is down but don't forget to record stuff that is that important! Next, we took our cat in to be spayed. They gave us a written estimate for the medications and stuff that a K-9 would need when spayed even though it said right at the top that she is a feline. After the cat had been there for for 9 hours (no food allowed 1 day before), they called and said that they had not taken her in for surgury yet because of an emergency. It took them 9 hours to call us and tell us that?! First and foremost, I need a vet office that can tell the difference between a cat and a dog! Plus, I feel like every time I go there there is a different vet!
