I had taken my beautiful three year old pom there for the 'VIP' treatment. When picking up my dog, the total came out to more than what was posted. Little did I know, that was the least of my problems. I noticed a red hives on him and she stated it was an allergic reaction. As the days went by, the red hives hatched into dozens of flees. He was covered in them; you cant imagine what he went through. When I went back to let her know of the possible infestation, she became hostile. As a customer, there are ways to address situations as this one, unfortanetly she went wrong on her part.
