I'm not sure what the heck is going on with the crazy reviews. Two years ago I had two different procedures done by Dr. Pensler, he was referred to me by my general care practitioner for plastic surgery. I'll spare you the details of the procedures, but I can tell you it turned out great, met my expectation, and at this point I have seen a full recovery. I always found his staff pleasant and helpful with advice. I got my follow up appointments easily and he was a nice guy.
