The customer service at this facility is the worst I have ever experienced. Not only do you have to make appointments months in advance, but in my situation, when I showed up for my previously scheduled and confirmed appointment, they were closed! No one called or emailed me, and when I called them, the receptionist argued that she did call. Then when I tried to reschedule, since I have a gift cetificate for their facility, I was given the run around again. This is completely unacceptable.
