Gray's At The Park Restaurant located inside the Downtown Vancouver Hilton, is excellent cuisine! I was invited to Gray's for a lunch meeting by the HR department of the Hilton, and it was wonderful. We had a delicious appetizer, and I eventually decided on the Crab Louise Salad. Ohhhh, I can't wait to go back. And for desert, a decadent warm flourless chocolate cake with amarena cherry sauce and chantilly cream. It's a must try if you have the pleasure of eating here.
