After I got my original estimate, I realized that I forgot to add some things to the list. This was a major “uh oh” moment for me because I wanted everything to be perfect. I had some furniture in the basement that I wanted to revive once I moved. It wasn't nothing special but since I was moving to a bigger place I wanted to fill up the space without buying all new stuff. However, updating the estimate wasn't as easy as it should have been because nobody picked up the phone for a while. At first I was worried that it would be too late to make changes and it would end up costing me an arm and a leg. But once they finally returned my call 2 days later, I knew that everything would be okay. The agent and the movers were all well spoken and went out of their way to satisfy me during my move. They really made the move less stressful for me and my son.
