I had gotten a broken side mirror on my van. Made an appointment to have it replaced. When I got there, found out that I was also missing my backing plate. The ladies there went beyond the call of duty. They found one for me, ordered it and then remembered that I was going out of town soon, called me as soon as they got it and got me in before I had to go out of town. They were very nice and professional. I would go to them again if I needed any glass service.
