We tried to contact Jd Equipment about zero-turn lawnmowers recently. The receptionist tried to get one of the sales persons to pick up a phone, but no one would. She then took our name, phone number, and what we were looking for, saying that one of the sales people would call us back. They have never called. So I guess they have enough business to not need ours.
