Regrettably, this was the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. My stylist did a great job with the color - there is no doubt about that. The interior of the salon is beautiful and Huong is a great colorist. They failed to mention additional charges for services that were quite costly and not nearly worth the service I received. I was expecting ~$100 bill and it was nearly double when I checked out. Highly recommend reconfirming prices upon arrival. I tried speaking with the Salon Manager whom was of no hope, and the owner was away on a 6 month sabbatical and could not speak with her directly. I will never recommend this salon.
