Thomas had our door fixed before another company could even get out to make an estimate. Parts at cost, labor more than reasonable. We ended up over paying him a little because of a miscalculation, he cut a check and had it to us the next day (a Sunday). Service and integrity clearly top notch. And when was done, the door looked brand new and ran quieter than it ever has. I'll tell my friends if they ever need a repair or install..
