cingular wireless is ok but definately not great! true, cingular is the only company to offer rollover minutes, however, they tend to drop my calls quite often. whenever i ask customer service why i have so many dropped calls they always say they are upgrading their towers or systems or something. enough with the hogwash! get the upgrading done and let's get on with the GREAT service, don't customer's deserve that?
