Were hired to treat our trees to prevent aphid damage and also to remove two trees from our yard. The treatments haven't prevented damage so I won't be using their method again. They took down the two trees but left the VERY large cuts of wood lying on the ground for me, a mother with her husband deployed, to move and pile all on my own. They left without informing me that they had finished and to ask if I had any questions or concerns and the stump removal took another 5 days. I hadn't been told this would be the case and had organised for other work to be done by other contractors. I had to reschedule this work and was left with a lot of clean up to do on my own. Upon asking about the time delay for the stump removal I was told it was because they had to get city inspectors out to check for gas/electric lines under ground. I had booked this work a month before they showed up so I'm surprised they didn't organise the inspections during the waiting time.
Pros - they took down the trees.
Cons - I was left with a scheduling dilemma and heavy lifting.
