I used this towing company to tow my vehicle after an accident. They said they would tow my vehicle directly to a body shop and bill my insurance for the tow. Instead, they turned around and charged the body shop $ 780.00!! Technicraft, the bodyshop they towed my car too, paid the charges without my authorization! (They work together) I spoke with Mike Haleem from ACE Auto and he said he charged so much because he said my insurance should pay it. After I told him I was having difficulty getting my insurance to cover such an inflated towing fee, he offered to take responsibility for a portion of the charges, recognizing they were extremely inflated. However, up to now, he still has not paid these charges and my car is still sitting in a lot waiting to get fixed!! After speaking with another bodyshop, I learned this is not the first time ACE Auto does this to a consumer. I advice all consumers to stay away from this business!!
