The staff at Regal Nails is friendly and they do a nice job at a competetive price, but I never new having your nails done would be so painful! My manicurist literally shredded my fingers and made them bleed when doing a french manicure. I'm not sure if it is supposed to happen that way or not because it was the first time I'd ever had my nails done and I was terrified to go back.
