We had a terrible rodent problem in the house that I want to get rid immediately. I have called 3 pest control companies and only Pest Pro responded to my problem immediately. The sent out someone to inspect the house, put some baits on possible entry points of rats. He explained to me every step of the treatment, then went back the next day to get the trapped rats. It's been a week and I don't see any rats in the house now.
