My daughter loves the junior martial arts classes at Progressive Martial Arts in New York and can't wait to get there each week. She is learning so much, not just about defending herself but also about respect, discipline, self-control, goal setting and leadership. I love that the classes teach her to be more assertive and less aggressive while giving her the knowledge to avoid dangerous situations and find non-violent resolutions to conflict. It also teaches her the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I'm really grateful to Progressive Martial Arts. Keep it up you guys!
