We were moving about a year ago and we rented a truck from them. They overcharged us to begin with, then refunded the wrong amount back. When we went back to return the truck, nobody was there! We waited an hour before someone finally came and opened the place. They did offer an apology, and took forever in going through the process. We were set back almost an hour and a half, and that's not time you can spare when you are moving!
