We tried these guys a few months back when we needed our Air Conditioning looked at. They had an ad for a special, and they wouldn't honor it because they said our van was extra, even though it didn't say it on the ad. Needless to say we went elsewhere.
They do have free towing, and a free shuttle, and I have heard good things about them form other people, so maybe we just got an employee who was having a bad day.
