I actually love the store of Best Buy and their products. However, when it comes to customer service my satisfaction drops down hill. Don't get me wrong, they sell good producats at cheap prices, howoever, their phone lines are always busy and lines are always packed. If you try to get assistant from one employee you end up waiting for a bit because their out attending another customer. I guess they could use sore more employees for a big business that they are. Nonetheless, it's in a good area which is right by the mall to shop for when done browsing through the mall.
