This is probably the most authentic Italian restaurant in Corpus Christi! The food is made fresh by fine chefs. You can get a different array of menu items like veal, lasgna and chicken parmasean. But these guys are famous for their Pasta Bar. You choose the type of pasta, sauce and extras you want added. No matter what you choose, it is one reasonable price. I personally love the way they cook the pasta....any good Italian knows there is no other way to have it besides Aldente'! Plus, the owners are great people and that is just as important in my book as the quality of the food. Coming here is like being with family!
