Pete Horton arrived at my home in Cumming, GA to verify my furnace. He decided that the pilot is necessary to be cleaned first and said that while he had the unit apart, this would be a very good time to replace the thermo coupler to preserve one more significant labor charge later. For a 26- year old device I agreed. Pete also transformed my filters and still left the performed area clean. Excellent job!
