Consumer Beware. He claims to be able to do jobs beyond his capability, verbally guarantees no payment to you if your not satisfied then manages to get partial payment from you before the job is started. Shows up hours late and when it becomes obvious the job is beyond his capability and not what you bargained for he'll tell you it's the best that can be done.
