Our two car garage door had problems opening because the spring had burst. We had been living in the house for about 12 years and never had a problem with it. I was a little annoyed when I found out that it wouldn't open, but I couldn't complain because the house was great and we were lucky to not really have to repair much in it over the years. Since we're planning to continue living here for several more years the technician explained that it is much better and safer to install two springs because it will enhance the life of the door to make it last a lot longer. The technician come right on time and worked on our garage door for a little over an hour. He did a great job. We were very satisfied with his work.
