Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall is a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. There are no aisles, the refurb is a disaster.
Six ushers showed us to our seats when Disney Live Two was in town. When the show started, two rather nasty security women showed up and said someone else had duplicate tickets. The Manager of the Van Wezel, Casey Humpert laughed as we left.
I work for a 2 billion dollar corporation. I was there on business. I also had two elderly people with me that will never return. We were treated like criminals.
Save yourself the trouble, and stay away from this horrible place. Especially senior citizens.
