I am writing to let you know how impressed my family and I were with regards to the way our insurance claim was handled. As you recall we had a small fire in our bathroom which created quite a mess. The fact that both of you came out to inspect the damage, on the weekend, no less, shows your commitment to superior service to the customer. I don't think we could have had any better service than that which was provided by both of you and your wonderful staff. Please keep up the great work
