Fitness First is a nice, small, gym, that is somewhat hard to find. The people there are very friendly, but are sometimes pushy to sell items. Overall, the bathrooms are clean, but there is a lack of good machinery. Finally, there is something here for every single person in the family to work out, and help to improve his or her fitness!
