We were pretty much in crisis mode once our water heater started spewing water and we were without any hot water, or even warm water for that matter. (Turns out there was a crack inside the tank.) We called and made a same-day appointment to replace it. The man who took our call was more than helpful and made sure we had all the necessary info to proceed. They responded extremely quickly (about 2 hours), which is really great. You know, when you're going through something like this, you want the problem to just go away as fast as possible. Well, we got that! Once they got to the house, the installation technicians knew exactly what they were doing. We had questions and got the answers we needed. We got beyond excellent service, and they were very professional throughout the whole process. If we ever have another one of these problems, I know who to call. Definitely recommended if you need people who can do the work and do it in a very professional and detailed manner. Don't waste your time. Just give them a call, and they'll get it done.
