Ok lets start with the great service I got while looking around. I was never pushed into anything or felt overwhelmed. They took time to show me all the cars they had on the lot until I found the one I liked. Once we found that one I just knew! We took it for a test drive and it had a minor issue I noticed. I understand im getting a used car but I did want it to be just perfect. I felt that it had a slight pull to the left. I asked the salesmen about it and he said it can be fixed. When we arrived back I let them run my credit and the ball was rolling. I told them I would pick up the car first thing in the am and I wanted the pulling issue fixed or the deal was off. When I arrived to my surprise they replaced all 4 tires. They said one of them had a bald spot and that is why it was pulling so to ensure my safety and to make sure there wouldn’t be any problems in the future they replaced all 4. after seeing that kind of customer service I think I found a new home for all my auto needs.
