Fit in 30 workout center, is a waste of money. They con you into joining, you end up paying a rediculous amount of money for the joiners fee, then you have to pay $50 a month to stay a member. They tell you that you only need to work out for 30 minutes a day, on their equiment, and you'll see significant difference. What they don't tell you is that you have to eat hardly anything! They want you to eat nothing but saltine crackers basically. It's a waste of time, enegery, and definately money. I supposed if you are rich, with nothing better to do, this is the thing, but if you're not, don't bother!
