They added a lot more personel in May. At first, all they had were two people there at the most. Now they always have jewelers and watchmakers working with a very nice manager who helps the customers. They had a lot of knowledge about my Swiss Army watch, things I didn't know about. They're honest and change watch batteries very quickly. Parking is hard to find though, but I haven't been to a better watch repair place.
