i went to see her about a month ago. it was my first pregnancy and i had started spotting - they were able to squeeze me in which i was grateful for. however, dr. baptiste lacked bedside manner and was very abrupt and short. i had some bloodwork done and was told the results would be in the next day; i called and was told by the receptionist they would take at least a week. my condition got worst and before i went to urgent care, i called to check in with the dr. i was then informed my results had come in and they didn't look good. she told me on the phone what to expect and was quite different from my in-person encounter. unfortunately, i suffered a miscarriage. i called in a few days later to let them know what happened and asked to get a call back to find out what i need to do next. two weeks went by and i didn't get a phone call. i called to complain and told them it was unacceptable and yet i still heard nothing. i wouldn't recommend her at all. my husband and i had an extremely bad experience and didn't appreciate the attitude and lack of response... i'm in the process of looking for a new obgyn...
