I have went to Dr. Roesch for years before we moved several years ago(4). After we moved he did also and hired all new girls to work his office. These new girls are very rude, unfeeling, and in humane to the clients that come there.
I called to get a copy of my childs shot records to enroll her in Kindergarden. I was told by Aleshia that I was a bad mother and it was my responsibility to have a copy of this record. That if I cant take care of my business better then thats not their fault.
WHAT???? i said, I know this lady answering the phones at this office dont think she is better than me and is making judgement and insults against me for wanting a copy of my childs shot records.
Well fair warning, keep looking for another doctor and dont waste your time on a place as rude as this. If thats how they think of their clients then we are all in trouble. I called the old place this doctor was with before going on his own and they sadi they have had the same things told to them by others. So they are not being very nice to many people there.
Very poor run facility.
