There aren't enough stars to give this place a rating. It is really a ten star place. I have never had BBQ like Carl makes. He smokes it in his smokehouse several days a week and when you drive into White Bluff, you can sometime smell it smoking. He is famous for his BBQ and has been featured in national magazines and on Emeril. He uses a secret sauce. The ribs are the best and they fall off the bone. He has other things too, like salads, burgers and chicken. The waitresses know everyone who comes in and the place is decorated hot pink. It's fabulous.
