I had Tech come out a couple of times and found him to be quick and honest. The first problem was the garage door kept opening after I closed it and he just adjusted the tension. That problem went away, but my keypad stopped working so I figured the motor finally died and I needed a new garage door system. He came back and said he didn't want to put a new one in if he could just fix the problem with a new keypad.
