I have had several cell phone carriers and I must say that Sprint by FAR has been the absolute worst! I am not sure what the problem is but with every single bill (with the exception of 2!) we have had to go in and have them adjust the bill for literally hundreds of dollars! My husband's phone, when you click to go to his voice mail, takes you to the wrong phone number (it is programmed in and one of the numbers is transposed). We have strange random things billed to us almost every single month and on two different occasions it has totaled hundreds of dollars. On the last one, they would only refund $50 of about $200 and not a single one of us on our family plan bought or used any of the things that were on there. We still have a year to go and I am feeling a bit sorry for myself. My husband now works for another cell phone company and we will be getting new phones through there soon but of course, we will have to pay to break our contract although personally, I would think that since they have almost never gotten a single bill correct for us it might be said that they broke their contract with us a long time ago. I imagine it doesn't work that way so whatever. Anyways...I have not been impressed at all. I can deal with a few mistakes but this has been utterly colossal. more
