Chris and his staff were great and made the short sale process very easy for me. It's stressful enough having to sell your house but the help I got from them was invaluable. I am one of maybe 6 co-workers who used Chris. That's how I found out about him- through a friend at work. He raved about Chris and his staff and had the same experience as me. I also really love how Chris promptly gets back to me whether I email, call or text. I was able to do most of my transactions through email and only had to go to his office once for the initial meeting.
