My furnace conked out on a Friday in December and I was very pleased to find Olympic Heating. Randall was able to drop in a new furnace on Tuesday. He provided a quote for the work up front, scheduled the work right away after I approved the work, and was able to do the work right away. It was a simple job to take the old furnace out and plug the new one in and they didn't do any more work than was necessary and didn't charge any more than the work that was done.
